Subject: Complaint regarding defective Television purchased from XYZ dealer
Sir,
This is to bring in your notice that I purchased a colour television from XYZ dealer in Subhash
Nagar on 25th January 2023, vide their cash memo no. CT/ 102. The TV was guaranteed for 6
months against any manufacturing defects. After 3 months it stopped working. The dealer sent
an engineer on 30th April 2023 to repair it but it again went defective after 10 days. When I
again made a complaint, they did not send engineer to repair it till date. I have been regularly
complaining to the dealer but not received any reply from their side. I have tried contacting
to the manufacturer but found that the number does not exist.
Now, I have a defective Colour TV which I have bought for my family with my hard-earned
money. It is neither getting replaced nor getting repaired by the dealer. Kindly guide on the
next course of action.
Thanking You
Yours Sincerely,
Mrs Krishna
