Outcome: most of the people responded question 5, 13 as C, whereas for questions 12, 15 and
16 it is B.
For rest of the questions general outcome is B.
Conclusion: Customers are somewhat aware. They need to be more aware specially when most
of the people have started preferring home deliveries where they cannot weigh groceries and
mostly they don’t check the bill properly.
However, efforts by government like Jago Grahak Jago program has made consumers more
aware but still consumers need to be more alert and conscious while buying.
